Your information.

Effective 18 October 2026. Novellus Partners is a business of Project Instil Pty Ltd (ABN 48 693 998 391).

Information you provide

When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, business information and the materials you choose to share. We use these to respond, evaluate whether we can help, prepare a deliverable and administer any resulting engagement.

Website and enquiry form

The enquiry form prepares an email in your email application. It does not send the form to a website database. Your email provider processes the message when you send it. We have not installed advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider may process technical access logs for operation and security.

Providers and project information

We use service providers for website hosting, email and business operations, including Hostinger and Microsoft. Their systems may process information outside Australia. Before using client material in an AI workflow, we agree appropriate handling and access arrangements for the engagement. Do not send passwords, unnecessary personal information or confidential customer data through an initial enquiry.

Retention and access

We retain business records for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose of the enquiry or engagement and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to correct information, explain our handling or consider a deletion request.
